The Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool(CAIT), Joint Position Sense Test (JPST), Balance Test (BT), and Functional Test (FT) measures of the recruits we

Results: After six-weeks, the CAIT, JPST, BT, and FT measures for the proprioception exercise group were found to be significantly higher than those for the strength exercise group.

Conclusion: The proprioception exercise group showed the most improvement in ankle s tability among these youth soccer players. Therefore, it can be concluded that proprioce ption exercises have positive effects when used as ankle rehabilitation and for the prev ention of ankle injuries.
